Production Release Forms

MDOCS has worked with the College to develop release forms for use in media production. 

麻豆 Work forms indicate that the project is being done for 麻豆, and may become  part of MDOCS, 麻豆-Saratoga Memory Project, a class, or the College's collection. 

Individual Work indicates work undertaken independently.
